we as citizens need to go to yahoo search engine and type in "Rezoning Protest Petition" you will see that there are plenty of cities in North Carolina who use this mandatory North Carolina General Statute which make rezoning cases not just a majority for it to pass but a super majority for it to pass. I think you need to use this protest petition and send it to the city lawyers and see if it can be passed as a valid protest if so than it might work. I want to see more people get mad and make Greensboro City Council wake up and use the protest petition it needs to happen to this pro development council.
